| 摘 要： | 劳动法律制度不完善是导致劳动者合法权益大量受损和合法权益受损后难以救济的重要原因。应该制定和完善劳动用工登记制度、岗前培训制度、劳动行政监督制度和劳动纠纷案件司法建议制度,以加强劳动权益的法律制度保障。

| Abstract: | The imperfection of the labor law system is the important reason which results in a lot of damage to their legitimate rights and interests of laborers,who also find it difficult to remedy such sufferings.In order to strengthen the guarantee of the legal system for labor rights,it is essential to establish and improve the systems regarding the followings： labor and employment registration,pre-service training,labor administrative supervision and the proposed system of justice regarding labor dispute cases. |
