| 摘 要： | 经过10年的发展,城市商业银行已成为我国银行业发展的第三力量。但是,随着我国银行业改革开放的推进,银行业竞争日趋激烈,城市商业银行发展中的问题日渐暴露,严重制约了其发展。文中在分析问题的同时,提出了相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | After its 10 years' development,urban commercial banks have become the third largest force in banking industry in China.At the same time,owing to the fact that competition is being intensified with the advancement of the reform and liberalization of China's banking industry,the problems existing in urban commercial banks are becoming more eminent and greatly constraining their development.This paper analyzes these problems and suggests some policy options for their improvement. |
