| 摘 要： | 对普通高中的管理直接影响到普通高中的办学质量和办学效益。因而 ,研究如何对普通高中进行科学管理具有十分重要的意义。对普通高中的管理是一项全方位、全过程、多角度、多层次的系统工程 ,应从思想认识、规划布局、结构比例、考核评估等方面进行综合管理 ,才能确保其健康发展。

| Abstract: | The management of a general senior middle has immediate influence on the quality and efficiency of running it. So it is of great significance to study how to give scientific management to a general senior middle school. The management of a general senior middle school is a systematic programme involving many directions, a total process, many dimensions and many levels and therefore should be performed comprehensively in such aspects as ideological awareness, planning and distribution, structure and proportion, assessment and evaluation so as to ensure its healthy develoment. |
