| 摘 要： | 企业演化过程中的遗传变异机制是企业演化的基础。企业变异不同于企业变革,企业变异实质上是企业惯例的变异。企业外部、内部因素的扰动导致变异的发生。企业要保持健康,就必须进行主动性变异。
