硬骨鱼类不同属间、亚科间、目间细胞核移植

作者在草鱼、鳙鱼、鳜鱼和青鱼、鲤鱼、团头鲂、鳜鱼上进行了细胞核移植试验。获得了远缘的不同属间的草青移核鱼幼鱼，和不同亚科间的鳙团移核鱼和草鲤移核鱼胚胎，以及不同目间的鳜鲤移核鱼胚胎。草鳜移核卵在卵裂期停止发育。前四者得率顺次为０．９％、１．８％、１．６％和０．９％。研究表明移核鱼的核质杂交优势不十分明显；其胚胎发育特征与受核体鱼相类似；形态特征多与供核体鱼相似，有些与受核体鱼相似，并出现了中间性状、新性状和与两条本都类似的性状。细胞、生化遗传学特征类似于供核体鱼。表明其性状发育有些受细胞核的影响，有的受细胞质的影响，有的是核质共同作用的结果。提出了核、质作用模型。细胞核移植作为鱼类及其它动物育种的一项高技术，可推广应用。

Nuclear Transplantion of Teleost on Bony Fishin Different Genera,Subfamilies and Orders

The roseachers had carried out a test of nuclear transplantationin grass carp,Variegated carp, Siniperca chuatsl:and Mylopharyngodon piceus,Cyprinold fish. Blunt - snout bream andSiniperca chuatsi.The Cyprinold seedlings of trans-nucleus fish of the grass carp and the Mylopharyngodon piceus in different genera.the trans-nucleus fish of the Variegated carp and theBlunt-snout bream and theembryos of trans - nucleus fish of the grass carp and the cyprinoidfishin different subfamilies,the embryos of trans-nucleus fish ofthe siniperca chuatsi and the cyprinoid in different order were obtained by this test. The obtainable rates were in order of 0.9 %,1.8%,1. 6 % and 0. 9%.The trans - nucleus eggs of the grass carp and the Siniperca chuatsi werenot developed in the penced of eggs division. The transnucleus fish showed mid - hybrid vigour,and the characterristics of their embryo - development were similer to that of the fish which receive nuclei: the morphology pattern showed much more some as the fish which provide nuclei,butstill there were some similar to the fish which receive nuclei, and showed middle,new charactersand the characters that like parents. These demonstrated that the develop - property was affectedby cyeoplasm the interaction of nuclous and cytoplasm.The model of mucleus - cytoplasm interaction was also sat up in this paper.
