| 摘 要： | 社区矫正作为与监禁矫正相互补充的刑罚执行机制，顺应了现代刑罚理念，符合世界行刑制度的发展趋势。它在我国还处于起步阶段，对于提倡人性化刑罚的当今，美日等国家非常完善的社区矫正机制对我国刑罚执行机制具有重要的借鉴意义。从我国社区矫正的执行范围入手，探讨当前执行机制中存在的不足之处，并就如何构建我国社区矫正机制提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | Community- based correction in the penalty enforcement mechanism, together with imprisonment Correction, fits for the idea of modem penalty and the trend of punishment execution system in the world. China has just made a start in this field and it is worthwhile for the country to learn from America and Japan in the improvement of punishment execution system particularly at a time when humanistic punishment is advocated, rFnis paper starts with the scope of community - based correction in China, discusses the deficiency in its execution system, and provides practical suggestions concerned. |
