我国高等院校高水平运动队管理体制和训练机制的研究

本文针对高校高水平运动队管理体制中存在的运动技能与智力开发、竞技训练与文化学习及竞技体系与教育体系等矛盾关系，通过问卷调查、专家访谈及常规统计分析，提出了较为科学的管理实施模式及相应的建议，以供实际工作者参考。

Studies on the administrative systems and trainingmechanisms for high-level sports teams inChina's higher learning institutions

In view of the fact that there exist in high-level sports teams in China's higher learning institutions such graveissues as the contradiction between athletic skills and intellectual development, the contradiction between contest training and course attendance, and the problem of how to bringabout an organic connection of contest system with educationalsystem , etc. On the basis of routine statistics and synthetic analysis made after rending up related documents, conducting investigation by sending out questionnaires, and securing interviews with experts on subjects concerned , etc., this paper obtains a relatively scientific pattern for administration implementation , with corresponding constructive measures to be taken , to facilitate reference to practical requirements.
