培养基成份对链格孢霉胞外蛋白酶的影响

摘    要:本文研究了培养基成份对链格孢霉(Alternaria atternata)胞外蛋白酶形成的影响,发现,培养基成份对链格抱霉胞外蛋白酶的形成与活性有明显影响。链格孢霉只有在含1%酪素的培养基里才能形成胞外蛋白酶,否则不形成胞外蛋白酶。硫酸铁(MgSO4)对其蛋白酶活力有明显正向影响;磷酸氢二钾(K2HPO4)对其蛋白酶活力有明显负向影响;硝酸钠(NaNO3)对其胞外蛋白酶的形成具有明显负向影响。

Abstract:On studying the influence of medium ingredients to the formation and activity of Alternaria atternata coutcell protease, the author found that medium imgredients have obvious influence to the formation and activity of Alternaria alternata outcell protease. Alternaria alternata could form outcell protease only under the condition of casein existing in medium, otherwise it couldn' t. MgSO4 has obvious good effect to the activity of the protease; K2HPO4 has obvious negative effect to the activity of the cutcell protease; NaNO3 has negative effect to the activity of the protease.
