摘    要:针对黄土丘陵区雨水资源开发利用现状和特点,以小流域为单元,通过资料收集、实地调查、实地试验监测相结合,初步建立了反映宁南山区小流域集雨补灌旱作农业的经济发展、社会进步、生态环境改善及雨水利用效率提高的效益评价指标体系。采用多层次模糊综合评价法,评价结果表明:经过3年的集雨补灌工程建设与集雨补灌技术示范,其生态效益、经济效益、社会效益、雨水利用效益及综合效益分别提高了27.9%、27.4%、66.7%、54.7%、41%,尤其是生态效益、经济效益和雨水利用效益,达到的中级及良好水平,体现了定性与定量评价相结合的综合性,实现了效益评价的客观合理性。
