| 摘 要： | 通过对造船企业激励机制现状的调查与分析,指出其存在整体的激励与约束机制尚未形成、科学的绩效综合考评体系尚未建立以及激励方式简单化、短期化等问题。针对造船企业技术人才激励机制存在的问题,重点研究了模糊综合考评法的评价指标体系,并提出了采用股票期权进行长期激励的相关建议。

| Abstract: | By investigating and analyzing the status quo of incentive mechanism in shipbuilding enterprises,this article points out the problem in the absence of overall incentive and restraint mechanisms,of the system of scientific comprehensive evaluation of performance,and simplification and short-term of incentive.To solve these problems,some suggestions have been put forward as to set up a fuzzy synthetic evaluation index system,and take the stock options as the the long-term incentive measure. |
