提出用户、资源、利用、服务是网络环境正常运行的四大要素 ,从 3个方面论述了用户与服务之间的相互关系。第一 ,从用户种类、需求内容及服务形式等方面分析了网络环境下用户需求变化的特点 ;第二 ,发挥网络化服务功能 ,拓宽服务领域 ;第三 ,开发网络信息资源 ,深化服务内容 ,网络资源开发的越充分 ,越能体现出网络环境下信息服务的优势与价值 ,把提高信息资源利用率 ,深化信息服务层次 ,提高服务质量作为追求、探索的目标

Deepening Computer Reading Room's Service Function

This article proposes that users, resource, using, service are the four elements of the normal operation under the network environment. The writer discusses the reciprocity between the users and the services in three aspects: first, the characteristics of the variations of the users'needs under the network environment concerning users'kinds, requirements, and service forms; second, network service function service field; third, network information resources and sevice content. If we develop network resource greatly, the ascendancy of information sevice under the network environment will be shown more clearly. We should take measures improving the use of information resouces, deepening information service level, and raising service quality as our aim.
