| Abstract: | It is one important part of the CPC' works to construct the CPC branch about teaching and administrative staff in colleges and universities. Innovation must be done well about the new ideas, administrative system and guiding methods in order to bring into play well the role of fighting bastion of the Party branch, strengthen the cohesive force and combat effectiveness of the Party branch. |
