| 摘 要： | 互动,即相互推动,是社会主义市场经济条件下效率与公平内在关系的应有体现。实现效率与公平的互动是社会主义市场经济条件下分配制度改革的目标追求。现实中影响效率与公平互动实现的因素既表现在初次分配的起点和结果两个不同层面,又表现在再分配的税收和社会保障两个不同层面。为实现效率与公平的互动,必须针对诸多影响因素采取相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Interaction,namely mutual advancement,is the embodiment of the innate relationship between efficiency and justice under the condition of socialist market economy.To realize the interaction between the two is the goal in the reform of distribution systems.Factors,which influence the interaction,can be found either in the starting point and the result of the first distribution,or in the revenue and social security of the secondary distribution.To realize the interaction,correspondent strategies should be adopted. |
