当今世界旅游业可谓如日中天,全球各地的旅游群体不断膨胀,异域文化冲突在跨文化旅游交际中频繁凸显。异域文化影响旅游者,同时,旅游者也会触动异域文化。影响跨文化旅游交际的因素是多方面的,有思维方式的差异、价值观念的差异,也有风俗习惯的差异、行为规范差异等等。如何减少异域文化冲突,增大旅游者的满意度,并激发出旅游者重复访问的欲望,是当今全球化时代跨文化旅游交际领域所面临的一个重大课题。

With the rapid expansion of tourism,more and more conflicts caused by the impact of cultures of other regions happen to the tourists diffusing widespread throughout the world.Not only different cultures influence tourists,but tourists also affect the cultures of other regions.There are many factors affecting the cross-cultural communication in tour,such as different mode of thinking,moral values,customs and habits,code of behavior and so forth.How to minimize the cultural conflicts,promote the satisfaction of tourists and elicit their desire of repeated visit is a significant project we have to undertake in the era of globalization.
