| Abstract: | Legislation dictates are always limited to a certain scope of application and there is no exception to The Law of Application on the International Civil and Commercial Relations. This article undertakes, from the perspective of legislation, to expound further on the theories and practices of the scope of application of The Law of Application on the International Civil and Commercial Relations in China, mapping out the object administered by this law and its spatial scope. |
