| Abstract: | During the transformation of the economy pattem of China,the enterprise,which is the basic role of market economy,with a view to growing quickly and participating in the domestic and international market competition effectively,may well choose merger and takeover as a way of growing with a low cost and a high speed.This paper tentatively probes into the present situation and related problems of the merger and takeover of Chinese enterprises. |
