| 摘 要： | “发展高科技 ,实现产业化”是我国科技发展战略的核心。高新技术产业具有高投入、高风险、高回报的显著特征。风险投资是高新技术产业化的催化剂和孵化器。本文分析论证了高新技术产业的特征与现存问题 ,风险投资的核心能力、运作机制和加速发展我国风险投资的对象。
