| 摘 要： | 近几年来,随着全民健身运动的开展,我国武术运动已发展到了一个新的时期,竞赛体制,组织结构,竞赛内容与形式等都已出现新的态势,但武术运动中的“发声”却被忽视或重视不够。本文运用文献资料归纳了武术运动中常见的几种发声,并阐述了发声在技击、生理调节中的作用,以及在练习发声中的注意事项。

| Abstract: | With physical activities popularized through our country, martialism has been improved a lot in recent years, such as competition system, organization structure, content and form. However, sound production haven't been taken notice at all or seriously enough. The thesis shows several kinds of sound production by documents, states the function of sword play and physiology, and introduces a few practising methods. |
