浅谈高校心理健康教育存在的问题及对策

当前高校心理健康教育工作在认识上存在将心理健康教育和思想政治教育等同、对心理健康教育认识片面化、夸大心理教育的作用,在实践上存在工作机制不完善、专业人员匮乏、理论研究不够、工作形式单一等问题。因此应该针对问题采取有效的对策,加强机构、制度、队伍建设,完善心理教育体系,创新心理教育模式,促进心理健康教育工作规范、有序地开展。

Problems Existing in Psychological Health Education in University Students and Its Countermeasures

At present,in the teaching of psychological health education in colleges and universities,there exist some problems such as identifying psychological health education with ideology education,cognizing psychological health education unilaterally or exaggerating the role of it.Meanwhile,in actually practice,imperfect working mechanism,deficiency of professional teachers,lack of theoretical research and simplification of working manners are also the major problems.Thus some effective countermeasures should be taken to promote psychological health education to work normally,such measures as enforcing the construction of institutions,rules and the teaching staff,perfecting the system and innovating teaching modes in psychological health education.
