妊娠肺结核延误诊断分析

目的 :了解临床妊娠肺结核诊断延误情况。方法 :对 1997年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月住院妊娠肺结核病人诊断延误原因进行临床回顾性分析。结果 :2 5例妊娠妇女因症就诊者 16例 (6 4 % ) ,有症状未就诊者 9例 (36 % ) ,延误诊断中位时间 6周。结论 :妊娠肺结核延误诊断的原因是顾虑胸部X线对胎儿的影响放弃检查 ;害怕药物治疗影响胎儿 ;结核病症状误为妊娠反应 ;及因肺外结核误诊。

Analysis of Late Diagnosis of the Pulmonary Tuberculosis During Pregnancy

Objective: To investigate the condition of late diagnosis of the pulmonary tuberculosis during pregnancy. Methods: To analyze retrospectively 25 patients of the pulmonary tuberculosis during pregnancy, which were clinically diagnosed later between 1997 and 2001. Results: Sixteen (64%) of 25 cases received the diagnosis for symptom, but 9(36%) cases didn't see a doctor. The medium time of diagnosis later was 6 weeks. Conclusions: We identified a variety of reasons for the delay: the interpretation of X-ray and worrying about the drug treatment, which would be toxic to the infant and early non-specific symptom, which mimic the physiologic changes of pregnancy, and misdiagnosis for extra-pulmonary.
