| Abstract: | This article probes into the changes and characteristics of the Mongolian culture in cooked wheaten food, dairy products and meatproducts in the Hai xi prefecture starting with the Mongolian culture in eating and drinking in Qinghai, and deems that the Mongolian culturalstructure in eating and drinking in Haixi prefecture and its cultural connotation are to become an important component of the Mongolianmodernization in the course of modern civilization. |
