| 摘 要： | 笔者通过举例分析了英美法系法庭审问的语类结构潜势及其语体特征,结果表明,英美法系法庭审问有其特定的语类结构,即CR^OS^DE^CE^CS^JSI^J,且法庭审问各阶段在语音、词汇、句法、语篇等方面的语体特征均不同。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the GSP(generic structure potential) and stylistic features of the courtroom inquiry,with the aim to demonstrate that the courtroom inquiry in Anglo-American law system has its specific generic structure,i.e.CR^OS^DE^CE^CS^JSI^J,and the stylistic features of each stage of the courtroom inquiry are different from phonetic,lexical,syntactical and textual perspectives. |
