| 摘 要： | 宗族村社制是土家族社区传统的社区组织,宗族村社制中的族规家训和习惯法,不仅维护土家族宗族社区内的稳定,而且在生态环境维护和生态灾变的救治中都发挥着重要作用.因此,对其加以调适利用,就能更好地维护民族地区生态环境,从而促进民族地区经济的发展.

| Abstract: | The village system characterized by patriarchal clan is the traditional community organization of Tujia nationality. The rules of a clan and family instructions a not only keep the stability in the Tujia community, but also play an important role in biological environmental preservation. The adjustment and application of them will do much to protect the biological environment and promote economic development in ethnic areas. |
