角色定位理论的运用

摘    要:生活中我们都在扮演着这样那样的角色,要理解一个人的行为,关键是要弄清楚他在扮演什么角色。斯坦福大学的心理学家菲力普·津巴多和他的同事在斯坦福大学的心理学系办公大楼地下室里建立了一个模拟“监狱”,雇佣了24名学生来参加角色实验,成功地证明了个体学习一种新的角色是非常迅速的。本文作者通过自身实践,证明在教学中要提高学生的学习积极性,必须帮助学生进行正确的角色定位。只有引导学生设立学习目标,变“要我学”为“我要学”,才能取得良好的教学效果。

Abstract:All of us are playing roles every day.To understand one's actings,the key is to know what role he/she is playing.Philips Zimbardo,phychologist of Stanford Univeristy,together with his colleagues set up an anolog prison in the basement of the Department of Phychology,and hired 24 students in the role-play,which proves that it's fast for one to learn a new role.The author,through her own experiment,prove that it is necessary to help students to get the right role to play in order to invoke their eagerness to study.Only by guiding the students to set up their right role, shifting from being asked to learn to asking for learning,so that a good teaching result can be realized.
