On Observation Methods and Expression Methods of Sketch

Sketch is a basic course with the aim to cultirate modelling abilities which include two aspects:observation ability and expression ability.Modelling is an extremtly improtant fundation whice sketch is the base to all modeling arts.Furthermore,sketch,with its simple and natural features,makts the painter keep contect with the outside world and display the essence of the painting.The paper points out that the correct fundamental principle of obserration and expression is from the whole to the part and then to the whole.This principle must be observed in method and process.
