| Abstract: | The impact of joining WTO on Chinais agriculture is focused on three aspects: product quality, product safety and product price. This paper discussed these challenges and the measures we should take. The safety of agncultural products and the establishment of food safety system are analyzed emphatically. Seven tasks of analytical techniques and scientific instruments arc described. |
