| Abstract: | With the enlarging of enrollment scale, the university students' number has been increasing. Thus the work on students becomes much tougher. This article analyzes the current state of part-time-work and part-time-study in many univer- sities, and tries to find a workable way to improve this system, to update the working ways and to expand the mode. |
