| 摘 要： | 根据IPCC推荐的碳排放系数，运用逐项计算求和的方法计算了西安市工业行业2002年以来能源消费的碳排放总量及其分布情况。结果表明：西安市工业行业碳排放量在近10年内增加了近2．4倍，其中能源的生产和加工是西安市碳排放量增长的主要因素。因此，西安市必须将降低碳排放量的工作重点放在调整能源结构和产业结构上，并加大对高新技术的投入，以提高能源利用效率。

| Abstract: | Based on the carbon emission factor recommended by the IPCC, the itemized summation meth- od is used in calculating the total carbon emission of energy consumption and its distribution in Xihn industrial field since 2002. It is shown that the total carbon emission of the industrial division in the last 10 years has in- creased almost 2.4 times. The major source of discharging the carbon emission is the energy production and reproduction. Therefore, it is necessary for Xi＇an to concentrate on the adjustment of the energy structure and the industrial structure in reducing the total carbon emissions. And it is also essential to increase the invest- ment in high - tech field so as to improve the efficiency of energy utilization. |
