法国国家数字图书馆馆藏建设及对我国的启示简

法国国家数字图书馆Gallica是世界上可通过互联网访问的最大数字图书馆之一，亦是欧洲数字图书馆Europeana的重要组成部分。本文着眼于该馆的数字资源馆藏建设，分别从法定呈缴馆藏数字化、数字资源法定呈缴、与商业机构、公共机构合作等方面，介绍了法国现行相关法律规定及法图开展的早期探索、现行项目和合作模式。从法律层面和合作途径上，与我国现行法律法规及图书馆传统操作模式进行了对比与分析，以期对我国数字图书馆的馆藏建设与发展有所裨益。

Collection Building and its Revelation of the National Digital Library of France

Gallica - the national digital library of France, accessible via network, is one of the biggest digital libraries in the world, and takes the most important part of European digital library ＂Europeana＂. Fo- cusing on the digital collection development, we presented related law and legal regulations in France as well as the early exploring and actual programs and corporation model through the following areas： digitalization of legal deposit, legal deposit of digital resources, and corporation with commercial and public institutions etc. Contrasting with our law and legal regulations, traditional operations of libraries, an analysis is made in legal system and corporation ways, in hope of being helpful to the construction and development of our digital libraries.
