| 摘 要： | 京津冀地区发展创意产业的基础是拥有丰富的资源、人才和技术优势，以及发达的交通基础设施和良好的区位优势，但京津冀地区在创意产业的发展中存在着对国民经济的整体贡献率低、区内发展不协调等问题。对此，京津冀地区应该强化创意产业在国民经济中的支柱地位，促进相关城市发展动漫、影视、娱乐、出版等创意产业。

| Abstract: | The basis about the development of creative industries in Jing - Jin - Ji region includes rich resources, talents, technology advantages, as well as well -developed transport infrastructure and good geographical advantages. But in creative industries there are some problems, such as the low overall contribution to the national economy, the uncoordinated development in the region. To solve these problems, Jing - Jin - Ji region should emphasize the pillar status of creative industries in the national economy, and encourage relative cities to develop creative industries, such as the animation ,film ,entertainment, publishing and so on. |
