党的十六届四中全会决议确定了在中国"促进社会公平和正义",建立一个社会主义"和谐社会"的目标.和谐社会的核心在于人与人之间的和谐,社会关系的和谐是和谐社会的根本.然而,随着我国经济的发展,公民收入差距的问题日益突出,其已成为当前我国经济进一步发展的巨大阻碍,也成为了和谐社会中的不安定因素.本文从公平与效率的角度出发,对缩小收入差距,实现共同富裕,构建和谐社会提出了相关意见与建议.

The forth Plenary session of the Sixth Central Committee has passed the resolution that "Promote social equity and justices in China".Build up the target of "harmonious society".The core of harmonious society lie in interpersonal harmonious.Harmony in social relation is the root of harmonious society.However,along with the development in our country economy,the problem of the citizen income margin is increasingly outstanding,it have become the encumbrance to economic development,and also became unstable factor in the harmonious society.This text sets out from the angle of the equity and efficiency,and put forward the related opinion and suggestions in contract the income margin,carry out together wealthy and set up the harmonious society.
