| 摘 要： | 晏阳初从事平民教育和乡村改造的精神支柱和理论核心是他在对中国传统民本思想进行继承、发扬和创新过程中形成的现代民本思想。他继承了传统民本思想的精华,融合吸收了近代西方民主科学思想和基督教的平等博爱思想,并在实践中赋予了传统民本思想以社会为本位的社会化系统改造的崭新意义。

| Abstract: | James Yan's spiritual prop and theoretical core in civil education and countryside remolding is the modern thought of taking people as the base formed in the process of carrying on,developing and innovating on the Chinese traditional thought of taking people as the base. He inherited the essence of the traditional thought, absorbed modern west democratic and scientific thought, Christian's thought of equality and universal love and gave the thought of taking people as the base the new meaning of social systematic remolding with society as the base. |
