关于农村法律信仰危机的思考

在农村,部分农民作为法律信仰的主体,在心理状态及行为方面既不能自觉信仰法律,又对法律缺乏需求感,从而产生法律信仰危机.这种危机严重制约着农村的法制建设,迟滞了依法治村的进程.必须采取措施,使法律成为农民的信仰对象,成为保护其最高利益的根据,成为社会正义的权威根据,成为农民生活中的必需.要真正营造一种法治的社会氛围,坚决惩治司法腐败,树立法律权威,克服信仰危机,以实施依法治国战略.

Consideration of the Rural Belief Crisis in Law

In the countryside,rustics,the majority of the law belief,neither put faith in nor desire the law psychologically and actively,which cannot lead to a law belief but result in a belief crisis.This kind of crisis has seriously restrained the construction of the rural laws and put off the process of administering the village by law.So measures must be taken to make the law the belief object of the masses,the evidence of protecting the rustics' greatest interests,the authoritative evidence of social justice and the necessity in the rustics' life.In order to execute the strategy of administering the country by law,it's necessary to create a social atmosphere of the law to punish firmly the degradation in jurisdiction and establish the law authority and overcome the belief crisis.
