| 摘 要： | 从史学与文学两个角考察，《史记》中充分地体现了司马迁的《诗经》观，《史记》与《诗经》两者之间存在着十分密切的关系，从史学角度看，《史记》不少处借鉴利用了《诗经》，从文学角度看，《史记》又评论探究了《诗经》的诸多问题，作为中国文化史上具有代表性的两部典籍，探求《史记》与《诗经》之间的关系，意义重大而深远。
