复合型电子商务人才培养探索与实践

目前高校电子商务专业培养目标宽泛，定位不清，方向不明。为了结合湖南现代物流职业技术学院优势，对电子商务专业复合型人才创新培养进行了实践性探索，从复合型电子商务的教学组织模式出发，着重在专业课程体系、实践教学、师资队伍建设、教学评价体系等方面就如何培养电子商务复合型人才进行了一定的探讨，以期为相关院校电子商务创新人才培养提供参考。

Exploration and Practice of the Cultivation of FMP-CDIO Inter-disciplinary E-commerce Talents

With broad goals, institutions of higher learning don＇t have a clear orientation and direction on e-commerce major cultivation at present. After practical exploration, the author proposed inter-disciplinary talents innovation cultivation mode based on the advantage of e-commerce major in college. In terms of FMP-CDIO teaching mode, discussions had been carried out in the following aspects： specialized curriculum system, practical teaching, teaching stuff construction, teaching evaluation system, etc, aiming at providing relevant colleges and universities with reference to e-commerce innovative talents cultivation.
