论当代中国特色社会主义和谐政党关系的特征

中国政党制度是中国共产党领导下的多党合作制。在这种政党制度内，中国共产党是执政党，各民主党派是参政、议政党，表现为在政治上接受中国共产党的领导。两者之间存在着长期共存、平等合作、民主协商、互相监督、肝胆相照、荣辱与共的政党关系。这种政党关系既不同于前苏联的一党制，也不同于当今西方资本主义国家的多党制。在中国政党制度中，政党地位的体现，政党关系的形成，蕴含着政党和谐的积极因素，这样使得中国政党间的合作与协商，既体现了中华民族整体利益的一致性，又反映各阶层人民的利益和愿望。从这个意义上说，中国共产党和各民主党派的和谐政党关系，奠定了中国社会和谐的政治基础。

On the Characteristics of the Harmonious Political Party Relations Based on Contemporary Chinese Characteristic Socialism

China＇s political party system is the multi-party cooperation under the leadership of the communist party of China. Within the party system, the Chinese communist party is the ruling party, the democratic parties are political, participates in the party, to accept the leadership of the communist party of China in politics. The embodiment of the political party system in China, the party status, the formation of the relationship between political parties, contains the positive factors of the political harmony, which makes China＇s cooperation and consultation between the parties, both embodies the consistency of the overall interests of the Chinese nation, and reflects the interests and wishes of the people of different social classes. In this sense, the harmonious relationship between the communist party of China and the democratic parties, laid the political basis of the harmonious society.
