EAP本土化及在大型施工项目中的应用研究

员工帮助计划（EAP）起源于美国，是发达国家有效提高员工心理健康的工具；虽然我国引入EAP的时间不是很长，但是近年来也有一些发展。为了优化大型施工项目中的人力资源，通过对EAP概念、起源、发展及其内容的介绍，结合我国企业员工的现状，进行了EAP本土化运作的研究，最后为我国大型施工项目应用EAP提供合理化的建议，比如建立EAP项目实施计划，加强EAP项目的宣传以及对管理层进行培训等。

Originated in the United States, EAP is a tool for effectively improve employee＇s mental health in the developed countries; although introducing EAP in China time is not long, there are also some development in recent years. In order to optimize human resources in large-scale construction projects, introduces the EAP concept, origin, development and content of the introduction, present situation of our country enterprise employees, the EAP localization operation research, finally for the large-scale construction projects in our country apply EAP rationalization proposals, such as establishing EAP project implementation plan, strengthening the propaganda EAP project, and training management staff, etc.
