摘    要:教育的终极目标是人的自由而全面发展,个性化教育是激发学生潜能的和谐教育。河北科技大学在实践中验证了个性化教育的价值。本文通过对个性化教育历史的考察及东西方个性化教育理念的比较,结合河北科技大学推进个性化教育的实践,深化了对个性化教育内涵的理解,并就如何推进个性化教育的深入实施提出了建议。

Abstract:The ultimate goal of education is the comprehensive development of man’s freedom and individualized education is harmony education of stimulating student’s potentials.The concept of individualized education is throughout the entire process of education in Hebei University of Science and Technology and the value of individualized education is verified in practice.By studying the history of individualized education and comparing the concept of individualized education in the East and West,and based on the practice of individualized education in Hebei University of Science and Technology,the understanding of individualized educational content has been deepened and the suggestion for promoting the further implementation of individualized education is put forward as well.
