Practice Verification of Individualized Education Value and Discussion on the Way for Deepening Individualized Education——Take Individualized Educational Practice in Hebei University of Science and Technology as An Example

The ultimate goal of education is the comprehensive development of man’s freedom and individualized education is harmony education of stimulating student’s potentials.The concept of individualized education is throughout the entire process of education in Hebei University of Science and Technology and the value of individualized education is verified in practice.By studying the history of individualized education and comparing the concept of individualized education in the East and West,and based on the practice of individualized education in Hebei University of Science and Technology,the understanding of individualized educational content has been deepened and the suggestion for promoting the further implementation of individualized education is put forward as well.
