| Abstract: | In colleges and universities there exist to different degrees phenomena of unscientific content,ill-knit procedure and imperfect supporting measures in the internal system construction,which fail to accomplish the aim of effective management.Judging from the current problems,the insufficiency of standardization of the internal system and its construction is one of the fundamental causes.To solve the problem of "what kind of system shall be built and how it shall be built",it is proposed in this paper that correct guidelines be explored,scientific regulation constructed,and standard operation laid down so as to advance the scientific development of colleges and universities. |
