| 摘 要： | 网络时代的数字教育电视主要是指利用网络媒介,传递以实现一定教育教学任务为主的视频流和音频流,是满足学习者发散需求的最有效途径.本文通过介绍数字教育电视节目的定义及其未来的发展趋势,确定了平台整体功能的设计与架构,并完成对平台基本功能能页面的开发与测试工作.

| Abstract: | Digital education TV mainly refers to using network media to transmit video flowing and voice frequency which are considered as certain education teaching task,and it is the most effective way to satisfy learners’ diffusing demand.This paper introduced the definition of digital education TV program and its development tendency,established the design and structure of platform’s whole function,and fulfilled the development and test work of platform’s basic function page. |
