| 摘 要： | 近代东北地区地权发生两次重大转变：晚清,经历了旗地转变为民地,官有转变为私有土地的过程;民国,经历了土地集中到分散的演变。前者为后者奠定了前提条件。两次重大的地权演变,地权的集散程度共同规定着土地资源的配置,土地的商品买卖贯穿着整个过程。

| Abstract: | There were two major changes about the rural land right in modern northeast China: the evolution from Kyushu land to the Min Land and from private property right to public property right during the late Qing Dynasty;The evolution from centralization to decentralization of the rural land right during the republic of China.The former have laid a preconditions for the latter.For the evolution of the two major land rights,the evolution of the rural land right run chrough the configuration of the land resources,land sale and purchase of goods throughout the entire process. |
