| 摘 要： | 重庆建设1000平方公里、1000万人口特大城市，应大力发展一批具有综合功能的卫星城市。根据卫星城市布局一般规律，重庆大都市圈应重点打造形成“一核七星、环形拱卫”的中心城区——卫星城市空间结构。在此基础上，建立卫星城市科学的规划和发展机制，创新卫星城市开发模式，完善卫星城市重大基础设施，推进主城与卫星城市产业的多重整合。

| Abstract: | To construct 1000 square kilometers,1000 million mega cities,Chongqing should promote the development of a batch of the comprehensive function of satellite cities.According to the satellite city layout general rules,we propose Chongqing metropolis circle should focus on creating form "a nuclear seven stars,surround and protect" city center-satellite of urban spatial structure.On this basis,establish satellite cities scientific planning and development mechanism,innovation development mode,perfect the satellite city satellite city major infrastructure,promote history-culture and satellite city industry multiple integration. |
