农民工社会养老保险参与行为差异性分析——基于大连市1011例农民工的问卷调查

利用大连市1 011名农民工的问卷调查数据,比较了具有不同社会养老保险参与行为的农民工在人力资本、经济、社会和心理方面特征的差异性。研究发现,缺乏一定的生活与劳动保障,对未来发展规划尚不明确是制约农民工参加社会养老保险的重要因素;农民工会在综合自身人力资本、经济状况、社会资本和未来发展规划等因素的基础上对自身综合利益及行动价值进行评估,进而针对不同类别的社会养老保险作出理性选择;这种选择行动并非完全的经济理性,而是受到文化观念和制度安排影响的有限理性选择。

Difference Analysis of Migrant Workers' Participation in Social Pension Insurance: A Survey of 1011 Migrant Workers in Dalian City

Based on a questionnaire survey of migrant workers in Dalian, the paper compared different char- acteristics of the workers, who made different choice for social pension insurance, in the aspects of human cap- ital, economic condition, social statement and psychology. The results show that inadequate life security and la- bor guarantee and obscure future development plan serve as key factors interfering with their participation behav- iors. By comprehensively considering their human capital, economic status, social capital and future develop- ment plan, the people will appraise their own interests and the value of action and then make rational choices for different social pension insurances. Their choice action is not of entirely economic rationality, but limited rational ones impacted by cultural value and institutional arran~amt~nt
