| Abstract: | ＂Cultural power＂ strategy has a dominant position in the overall strategy. It is the inevitable requirement of social and historical development, the foundation of sustainable development and great power, and strongly promoting the economic and social development and progress. Against this back- ground, as spread media of advanced and exquisite culture, academic journals, with significance position and role, is an important medium of cultural exchanges with foreign countries, an important platform for academic exchange, a cultivating talent base, and to provide intellectual support for the government deci- sion - making. |
