上海市老年人居家养老服务满意度及影响因素

利用对上海市重点开展居家养老服务项目的 10个典型社区639位老年人进行的问卷调查数据,使用因子分析方法,对老年人居家养老服务满意度的影响因素进行分析。研究发现,影响老年人对居家养老服务满意度的因素包括:经济收入情况、健康状况、文化程度、婚姻状况、居住形式以及个人兴趣爱好等。据此提出建议:政府要增强以人为本的执政理念,重点关注独居、空巢老人,提升文化娱乐服务水平,建立专业化的服务人员队伍等。

Satisfaction of Home Care for the Elderly in Shanghai and Its Influential Factors

Using factor analysis and the questionnaire survey on 639 aged people from 10 typical key communities in shanghai carrying out the project of home care service, the authors analysed how the aged people are satisfied with the old - age home care service. They found the influencing factors including economic income, health con- dition, educational degree, marital status, residing forms, personal interests and hobbies, etc. And they put for- ward the suggestions： the government intensify the concept of people - oriented administration, focus on the care for the old people living alone or in empty nests, enhance the standard of cultural and entertainment services, and build professional service staff team.
