摘    要:介绍了微波萃取的基本原理,分析了影响微波萃取效果的因素,简要介绍了微波萃取的装置,最后列举了微波萃取技术应用的实例。

Abstract:The technique of microwave aided extraction (MAE) has been paid more and more attention to in food processing industry. The principle research , affecting factors and instruments as well of MAE are being discussed in the present article. People have already been aware that compared with traditional methods,MAE has its own special superiority . In the year 1986, American scientists began to take advantage of microwave to extract organic compounds by reasonable methods which developed the technique of MAE used in food industry.
