| 摘 要： | 文章研究分析了企业资产管理系统（EAM）在发电企业的应用，以该类系统的代表-MAXIMO管理服务平台的成功实施案例为起点，寻找如何在此类特定企业中优化管理，使设备维修运作与EAM系统接轨，以提高设备的可利用率和安全可靠性，降低发电企业的运营成本，提高企业的生产及赢利能力。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the applications of EAM in Power plants. It offers a successful power plant of MAXIMO. The plant shows way of improving the management in special enterprises such as power plants, connecting equipment mantenance with EAM, improving the use and safety of the equipment, redueing the costs of generating electricity and increasing profits. |
