| 摘 要： | 本文探讨一种英语教学方法。在参考Ｃｏｔｔｅｒａｌ、Ｌｉｔｔｌｅ等人提出的理论的基础上，提出了一种适合中国学生的、以培养学生主动学习英语能力为中心的策略，并经过一年的教学实践，取得了满意的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses a certain kind of English language teaching method. On the basis of referring to the theories advanced by Cotteral and Little. and so on, a strategy suitable for Chinese students to learn English has been raised to train students autonomy for English study. A year teaching practice has witnessed its good results. |
