| 摘 要： | 在分析高等教育与和谐社会之间的关系及阐释推进高等教育公平发展的重要意义的基础上，指出我们必须正视高等教育中存在的不公平现象。应从制度与政策上为所有社会成员创造公平的高等教育环境，通过高等教育公平的实现，促进社会公平的实现，从而促进社会主义和谐社会的建构。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the relations between higher education and harmonious society, and an explanation of the importance of improving higher education fairness in China, the author pointed out that we must face squarely unfairness in higher education. It is suggested that systems and policies should be established to ensure all members of society have fair higher education environment. The realization of fairness of in higher education will be helpful to the realization of fairness in society and finally be helpful to the construction of socialist harmonious society. |
