大学生的专业认知对个人就业倾向的影响

通过抽样调查,在运用相关分析、无序多类Logistic回归分析对相关研究假设进行验证的基础上,发现专业认知对大学生个人就业倾向存在以下几方面的影响:专业认知度高的大学生面对一般就业选择时如读研、进企业、考公务员等较为倾向于考研深造;专业认知度高的大学生面临就业时考虑专业因素较多;专业认知度越高大学生对就业前景的看法越为乐观;大学生考公务员的热情与其对所学专业的了解、喜好无关,与其努力学习程度有一定的相关性。因而,提高大学生的专业认知是十分有意义的。

Effects of Professional Cognition of Undergraduates on the Tendency of Individual Employment

Through a sample survey of Ningxia University,and the study hypothesis of this thesis was verified by the correlation analysis and the logistic regression analysis. It was found that professional cognition from the following aspects affect the tendency of undergraduates.The students who have a high degree of professional cognitive tend to be graduate student,tend to choose the work related to his major,and tend to be more optimistic about the job prospects.However,professional cognition of undergraduates＆#39;passion for the civil service exams has little impact.Thus,the efforts of improving the students＆#39;professional cognition is very meaningful.
